Textile factory in Noida (Delhi NCR). We have produced garments and tote bags for international brands since 2010. Capacity: 300 garments or 3,000 tote bags per day. AQL 2.5 quality control, social audits run in-house.

The SWP story

  • 2010 — Nil founds SWP, a fashion buying office between Europe and India, to reconnect with his roots.
  • 2016 — Shruti joins SWP. A sampling unit opens, with a pattern-maker and tailors.
  • 2018 — First small production runs for boutiques.
  • 2021 — The Delhi office becomes a full factory in Noida, producing for 20 international brands (United Kingdom, Spain, UAE, France).
  • 2025 — In-house ERP and AI brought into our processes so production runs smoother; every client follows their order in real time.

Nil Gandhi — French, founder of SWP. Paris, master's degree at EBS (European Business School), work experience in Germany, Thailand and Morocco before founding SWP in 2010.

Shruti — Indian, designer and advocate for women artisans. Worked on sourcing for brands such as The Body Shop, Pottery Barn, Woolworth, Williams Sonoma, Country Road and IKEA, then joined the SEWA movement (Self Employed Women's Association).
